    @taryn No I am not requiring any external maintenance, apart from an external powerpoint for the new gas hotwater. I think the the elctrician was just giving his opinion as it was a mate and has always giving me great advice in the past

    Tiny is a very nice guy and has the best and tidiest recycling place I have seen. The staff are fantastic and only too willing to help. I love dropping past just for a browse. The problem is I always find something to bring home!

    @Taryn I think the electrician was talking about if you had to access your wiring for external maintenance. I am going to investigate more as I am with you and believe the benefit outways that. My brick fibro is very cold in the winter mornings. on average about 6 degrees when it has been an overnight low of minus 4. will let you know
